With only a 30 minute class for 4 days a week, you too can achieve results in only 5 weeks!

Purity Studio, Andover brings to you ‘Half Hour to Power’ a 5 week fitness course, to get your mind and body on track.

Using plyometric and strength building exercises, combined with interval training means you can increase your metabolism in only 30 minute sessions. All moves are given low and high impact options, meaning you can work out safely to your own level.

Maximum of 10 in a class, to ensure you all work to your own abilities.

30 minute classes are on:
Mondays 17.20pm
Tuesdays 17.20pm
Wednesdays 17.20pm
Thursdays 17.20pm

  • Evening Package £75:
    5 week course – 20 sessions of HHTP
    (4 per week)
  • Taster Week
    If you are not sure if HHTP is right for you, then you can do a 1 week taster for £15, giving you  4 x 30 min HHTP classes. This is only available once per person.

Once on West Way, you’ll see a big building on your left saying
Walworth Enterprise Centre, turn left and go into the main centre
carpark. There are units all around, number 36 is on the right hand side,
up the stairs.

Booking in advance is required for all classes!

The last HHTP class will be on Thursday 21st December 2017 and we will return on Monday 8th January 2018.

What do you need to bring?
W.T.D! = Water / Towel / Determination
Wear suitable gym clothes, and good footwear

‘Half Hour to Power’ Booking Policy!
-Please book in advance, rather than just turn up.
-Missed classes are not carried over.
-You cannot book on if you are pregnant, or had a baby in the last 3 months.
-If you have an injury or condition which you think may be affected by the exercise, please call Jolene in advance on 07961 054 863 to see if you will be able to take part.
-If you are asthmatic, please always bring your inhaler for any exercise class.
-Please do not be late, the warm up is important, late arrivals will be turned away.
-The 1 week taster is only available once per person.
-You can now book for the next Monday for a Taster, or a 5 week block, so long as there are spaces.
