Due to the success of Half Hour to Power, we are now modifying the booking system, so you can now book in for HHTP on any Monday, so long as there is space. Rather than waiting for next available block.

The blocks are still the same price, and time:
SILVER = 3 x 30 mins per week for 5 weeks £75
GOLD = 4 x 30 mins per week for 5 weeks with Fat Burning Protein and Nutrition £95

With HHTP you have to commit to succeed, and the 5 weeks is ample time for you to get into a routine of a 30 min power workout once a day.  newfloor2

If you are not sure if HHTP is for you, then you can now have a 1 week taster, £10 for 3 x 30 min classes. This is only available once per person.

We use high intensity interval training, to get the most out of the work out in a short amount of time. Low and high impact options are given for all moves, meaning you can work out as hard as you can, and at your own pace.

As the classes are kept small, they have a lovely team vibe, with a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring good technique is carried out.

To follow your increase on fitness, the fitness tests will be once every 5 weeks on a Saturday, these are free to those booked on for either Silver or Gold. It is not compulsory to do the fitness test, but you will notice more changes doing the fitness test, the increased fitness will motivate you more.

HHTP can be addictive though, the first one launched on Monday 3rd November 2014, at 6pm and so far everyone has been rebooking, new participants have joined, and we have had to open up a later time of 6.40pm to accommodate everyone.

What can 6 months can do for a business?..

A LOT!! That is the answer! It has been 6 months since opening the new Purity Studio in Andover, Hampshire, and the support has been overwhelming! I left the Reading studio, to move to little Andover, not knowing what the call would be like, and whether I would ever have another studio or not. I have been surprised at just how big Purity has got, since I moved here!

Starting with only 2 pole classes a week, then to growing to 4, the call for pole has been so1st class high, that we now have 6 classes, as 5 have been consistently full. Not only do we do pole fitness, but we also hold Authentic pole classes now, which have been ever so popular. All of our pole classes are 1 student per pole, given students ample pole time, with no waiting around.

 

photo 2I have been introducing more and more people to the art that is Aerial Hoop, a first for Andover I believe. This has also stretched to teaching children as young as 7.

Two months ago I launched the new get fit in 5 weeks HiiT course – Half Hour to Power. In only 3 x 30 minute sessions per week, students can increase fat loss, and gain fitness rapidly, whilst not losing much time in their day. With the 6pm class getting full as no one wants to leave, I have introduced a later one at 6.40pm.

Purity has a reputation for small and friendly classes, with a focus on technique and individual needs.

As the past 6 months have been so successful, we are now having a brand new floor putPS Launch down, so this means no more carpet, and all poles will no longer be Xstages, they will be floor to ceiling Xpoles for all the lucky students.

We are looking forward to an exciting 2015, with shows, more classes, more workshops, and perhaps even a Twerkshop 😉

Results of Half Hour to Power!

The results are in for the 1st round of Half Hour to Power! In the past 5 weeks we have seen inches lost, weight loss, and fitness levels have dramatically increased!

On the very first fitness test, many opted for the easy options of the moves, but after building up strength, technique and balance, on the last fitness test, many have doubled their reps on certain moves, not only that, but they have doubled them using the harder options! The chart at the bottom shows the result from each person.

Half an hour 3-4 times per week, may not sound like long, but because we are using intense bursts of interval training, our bodies react faster, meaning a quicker result! All of the previous participants are now hooked, and have been booking up to keep their fitness over the Christmas holiday.

If you want quick results, in a small friendly supportive class, then Half hour to Power is for you.

HiiT Taster Course and Kiddie Hoop Tasters

Purity’s HiiT course, Half Hour to Power will be running a 2 week taster starting on Monday 8th December. A great way for you to see what the 5 week guaranteed results course is all about. 3 classes per week as a minimum, out of the 4, Mon-Thurs at 6pm in Andover.

Silver Package = £30 (6 classes in total)

Gold Package = £50 (Up to 8 classes in total, plus protein and nutrition advice.

Our first term of Kiddie Aerial Hoop is set to end on a high, with the Christmas routine to Let It Go, from their favourite film, Frozen. Tasters for 6-10 year olds, will be on Thursday 11th December, with the new term starting on Thursday 8th January, all bookable here.

I am bringing INSANITY to Andover for a FREE launch on Tuesday 8th July 2014.

This is a full on plyometric power workout, suitable for all levels of fitness, as modifications are given out on all exercises. This is interval training, so prepare to work yourself to the max!

Train INSANE With Me!!! New INSANITY Classes in Spring 2014!

Train INSANE with JoleneYay!! I am so excited!! I completed my INSANITY Instructor training with Beach Body yesterday. The first part of out training was to take part in a real INSANITY class, which was so tough, but we all felt like Rockstars at the end of it!

By the end of this week I would have completed the 60 INSANITY DVD Challenge, and the changes so far to my fitness level and my abs definition, has given me motivation to keep pushing myself. The beauty of INSANITY, is that it doesn’t matter what your fitness level, everyone can push themselves to the max. You may be able to do 30 jumps, you may only be able to do 2, but the point is the same for everyone, to push hard and get results.

I started the 60 day challenge this year, as i wanted something I could do at home, that would challenge me, along with being something I hadn’t done before. On starting the challenge, I had no idea I would end up going on Instructor training, but the opportunity came along, and I wanted to share it more.

I have become very passionate about INSANITY, how it makes you feel, and what it can do for your body. I used to struggle getting up in the mornings, but now i bounce out of bed 90 minutes earlier than i used to, and can’t wait to get on with it! I think it has given me determination to push myself in other areas of my life, INSANITY is so tough, that whenever I complete a workout, I feel as though I can take on the world… well after a shower and re-fuel 😉
